D's Big Day

What a night... Last night we were awake more than asleep due to ear pain and new teeth. D would not settle down no matter what we tried so at about 4:30 am Dave put him in the car and drove around. Meanwhile I was home with G, who decided that it would be great fun to play and dance at 5am. After much coaxing I got her back to bed and Dave picked me up to take D to the hospital for his appointment to have tubes put in his ears. It was very quick and went well. He has seemed much happier today. I am holding out hope that this will solve our past three or more weeks of sleepless nights. And the big news of the day... D took 2 steps!!!
